Orders are not considered accepted until we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the order is incomplete or incorrect. You will be notified by email if your order is rejected.

4. Delivery

Our delivery services are available across Australia. Estimated delivery times:

Processing before dispatch: 1–2 business days
Transit after dispatch: 4–8 business days
Total delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be extended in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances such as carrier strikes or extreme weather.
